Yes, my IBS Flare Up Rescue Power Hour is a one-off consultation. It is a very targeted coaching session where we focus on one area of your diet or lifestyle that you feel may be contributing to the flare up. If you feel you would benefit from some more support after the Power Hour then there is the option to sign up for my 30 Day IBS Reset Package.

No. The Power hours are geared towards supporting you through an IBS flare up. I have designed my 30 Day IBS Reset Package for clients who would benefit from working with me for a longer period of time.

Online via Zoom. I send you a recording of the sessions afterwards for you to keep and watch or playback. You will also get session notes of what we discussed in the consultation.

Yes, you can pay for the 30 Day IBS Reset package in two monthly instalments to spread the cost.

Cancellation policies differ depending on what service you have booked. For the IBS Flare Up Rescue Power Hours I request 48 hours notice for cancellation of or changing of appointment date/time.
The 30 Day IBS Reset Package I require 7 days notice for cancellation or 72 hours for a change of appointment date/time.
